      The recruitment process went very quick. I appreciated knowing where I was within the process and the timeline regarding next steps. Both the recruiter screen and hiring manager interview clearly explained the value of New Relic and they answered all my questions so I could make the best decision.

      Interview

      Some one on one discussions, some small panel discussions. Since the position I applied for was remote, the interview took place in one online meeting room and various panels dropped in to talk every 20 minutes or so. Very welcoming atmosphere and plenty of time to ask questions.

      Interview

      The process was the standard prescreen interview with HR. That was followed up with a couple one on one interviews with leaders, and some with peers/partners. Then a panel interview with other peers.
