I had applied on 31.8. for a SDR role and was contacted for a phone interview 2 1/2 months later by HR!
She said she was going to present my profile to the hiring manager and would come back with a feedback after 3 days. Today is day 8 - silence.....
Very disappointing and a waste of time for me!

Interview
I had 3 phone interviews and 4 face to face interviews which are better described as meetings to suss out whether I was a good cultural fit. The whole process was very well organised and I actually really enjoyed it! I had the first phone meeting and within 2 days I had a job offer. Would highly recommend New Relic.
