Multi-stage interview process meeting folks on and around the job role. Wonderful people, absolutely no complaints about the process - I'd been out of the market for a number of years, and my view may be a bit skewed but they were prompt, responsive, and when they're ready to make an offer they don't dawdle. I only declined the offer because of my specific circumstances - it was more than fair on the salary and benefits.
