The interview process was pretty grueling. I had a 5-hour session in a small room. Various team members traded off coming and going and asking me questions. Everyone was personable, but it was a very long day and I generally had to answer the same questions over and over again for different people.

I was asked via email if I was interested in a position--a phone/video screen with the manager was set up in just a few days, with a quick follow up request for a group interview

Interview
The first interview was an informal coffee meeting with the team manager. Then, I had about a week to complete a writing assignment.
The second interview was an on-site that lasted about 7 hours with about 10 interviewers, including the entire tech writing team, a Product Manager, a Content Strategist, and a Technical Support Engineer. Each interviewer spent about 45 minutes asking and taking questions, with a break in the middle to lunch with two of the Tech Writers in the office lunchroom.
