Very easy and short. I had completed my 4 interview within 2 days and had an offer within 2 days after the interviews. Everything was very smooth and the interviews were more like conversations than someone reading questions.

Applied on line, reached out via LI and connected with TA team. The initial call with the Director in SF was engaging and we found immediate common ground - good guy. I was moved to round 2 with the Portland TA lead who was a good rep for the company culture and strategic approach to acquiring talent. Was moved forward .. prepped for onsite visit.
