I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2024
Interview
Process was very smooth, Recruiter Jarvis did a fantastic job keeping me updated every step of the process, replying as soon as I had any questions. It was a significantly faster process than most other companies I have interviewed with.

Question 1
Give a technical demonstration of a product/tool you are familiar with and answer some pains.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at New Relic (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was referred by a buddy of mine on the same team, so the process move along very quickly. It went as follows:
* Phone screen
* Two 1 hour skills review interviews
* One short followup skills interview with another would be team member
* A short 1:1 presentation/roleplay
While not easy, as my main interview dove fairly deep into my skillset, there weren't any trick questions or "gotchas". They are simply looking to see if your experiences matchup well to the role and that you are a cultural fit for the organization.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience from a group of leaders who seem very passionate about New Relic.
