Interview
Interview for an HR leadership position. Had a great conversation with Exec recruiter, Chief People Officer, then a consultant/advisor.
Reached out for the Executive Recruiter for status three times and never heard back. First time being 'ghosted' during an interview process. Surprised as this is was an executive level HR position. The executive recruiter did not do their job in following up with candidates and closing out the interview process.. baseline stuff in the world of TA.
