The process was well-structured and clear from start to finish. There were four rounds, each with a focused purpose, from initial conversations to creative discussions with the team. Dustin(the recruiter) was excellent throughout: timely, communicative, and easy to work with. Every interaction felt thoughtful, and it was clear the team values collaboration. Overall, a very positive experience.
