Really easy, if you have even any interest in real estate investing you’ll do really well. I did get some weird red flags about both the company culture as well as the interviewer basically asking about my portfolio

What’s been your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it
Quick phone call and then interview with hiring manager. Watch the pre interview videos! They are very helpful and help you understand the company and more specifically, what the are looking for.
3 total interviews. Starts with a phone interview that is about 15 minutes. Then hour long interview in person. If you get through that you go in for half a day to observe what it takes.

I did a phone interview with the recruiter, then I went into the office for a 1 on 1 interview with the General Manager. And then I came back to shadow the team.
