Easy and quick process. Sent in my application. A few days later I got a email to schedule a call with the recruiter and then we set up a 30 minute virtual interview with GM. It was polite and friendly and overall a neutral experience.

Started with a pretty standard phone interview. The second interview was in person. I met with the GM of the Denver team. Fantastic guy. Laid everything out of the table as far as what to expect with the position as well as the companies expectations and resources.

First is a qualifying phone call. Then a in-person interview with the local office GM. It was very relaxed just like the their office vibe. I had an easy time keeping a conversation going. Just need to ask a lot of question about their process and how they make their money.
