The first call was with their recruiter, standard information sharing and gathering. Followed by an impromptu call with the hiring manager. Explained company structure, job role and requirements, also answered questions about training processes, scheduling and compensation.

Called in for initial interview. Second interview had to make a presentation to a group. Offered the job.
