I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at New York Life (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2021
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was less formal, with members of the underwriting team. The second round consisted of a welcome presentation, a job shadow, and two interview panels. All of this made me think I was a great candidate for the job. Then I had to wait roughly four weeks to hear that I was not selected for the position.
