I was called by a the managing partner, for a brief interview. he asked fpr me to come on for a first interview where we talked about me and my experiences and the position. I was told i would be contacted for a follow up to talk about compensation after I passed a Computer pesonality test. I was contacted later that week my an assistant to come to second interview. I was called about 2 weeks later for third and final intervierw where they made me an all commison based job. If you can tie your shoes you can probably get an offer

Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.
