Interview
Pristine marble offices, management seems friendly and intelligent; cubicles where you will live remind me of my former life as a rat in a NY subway.
I great place to go if you are ready for the rat race. If you are already licensed they want you to train and take the tests all over again which to me seems like spinning my wheels.
Everything seems wonderful, but most places are initially when they want to hire you. Not sure how long it would stay wonderful but they education they offer seems wonderful.
They emphasize on looking out the window a lot and scanning the horizon as a metaphor for potential.

Average questions. The test is what they base everything off of and the back ground check, the rest is a piece of cake. Test wasn't so hard either.

Interview
A personality assessment was emailed to be completed before the first interview. Next was the initial screening Zoom call with manager discussing role. After that interview I was invited to a career opportunity group zoom interview. Then after that group zoom you meet back with the original hiring manager for the final interview and project presentation with the initial manager.

Do you prefer working on a team or as an individual?
Was brief, mostly looking for a personality that matches the job and more so with your actual manager that you will be working with and not the entire company. Had about 3 different interviews and did some exercises that would show a little bit more about who I was and what kind of personal - not work related - experiences I had.

Interview
There isn’t much of an interview for this position. It’s honestly more of an opportunity for them to get you excited to join. There’s a reason 90% of new agents do not make it through their first year. It certainly isn’t undoable from my limited research but it feels very MLM in their organization.
