It was fairly easy they just want to see if you have what it takes to be in sales. Since it was a commission position they are willing to hire anyone who thinks they could do it would be a good fit.
Recruiter interview, two separate Teams interviews with managers, in person manager interviews. Everyone was friendly and professional. Did not use STAR method, was more conversational. Overrall I felt it was the best experience I have had during my job search.
