I applied through the university and got a phone call 2 weeks later. They called to schedule a phone interview the next week. The interview started with a behavioral interview but later changed to technical. There's no unusual interview question and the interviewer is very respectful.

Explain Bayes Theorem in layman's term.
"I had a highly positive experience during my actuary job interview. The interviewers were professional and knowledgeable, asking thoughtful and relevant questions that showcased their deep understanding of the field. They provided valuable insights into the company’s vision and the role's impact, which further fueled my interest in joining the team
Applied online. Phone interview a few weeks later. Lasted about 25 minutes. Very friendly and kind. Resume scan to confirm everything I had written. Basic behavioral questions followed by some other questions along with a 5 minute interval to ask the interviewer some questions. Very natural and professional interviewer. Still waiting for a response.
