I got a phone interview for summer actuarial internship. Emailed the interviewer after 2 weeks, and was told a recruiter will contact me at the end of the week, but I never heard back from them.
Interview process was easy, informative, and long. Process took a couple of months, questions were fairly simple, had three different interviews including a phone interview. Overall, the interview process was great.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a tight deadline and how you got the task done on time.
The First round was a simple interview with someone from HR, basically just a phone screen where they ask about your resume, the second round was an interview with the hiring manager, both very straight forward.
