I applied online and got an interview a couple of weeks later. I went to the interview and it was fairly easy. They told me that they'll contact me if I got the job. Almost three weeks later they emailed me saying that I didn't get it.

Interviews in person with managing library, went over my resume and work experience. Asked basic questions relevant to the job, why I wanted to work there, and let me know by the end of the interview if I was hired or not.
