Interview
Their hiring practices have gone down tremendously since the pandemic. For my first interview after applying for months, I met over Google Meet with a woman who didn't seem interested in the first place. What was a 30 minute interview was cut under 10 minutes as I was interrupted during my last answer and asked if I had any questions for her. She kept sugarcoating and saying it was lovely to meet though and they will contact me soon. I only got a rejection weeks later. It seems they also hire internal candidates but waste the time of external candidates.
Very standard procedures with standard questions. Everyone was nice and friendly. I enjoyed getting to know about the company. They did not require previous experience and asked questions that are easy to prepare for.
