I applied for the role on LinkedIn and the HR called me a couple of weeks later for a phone interview. After our call, she introduced me to the team and scheduled an hour and a half meeting with three members of what supposedly would be my direct team there. I spoke to the three of them. The conversation was great, everyone was super receptive and we exchanged a lot during our time together. A couple of days later, the HR wrote to me asking to wait a couple of weeks for an answer. After two weeks, the HR called me and told me that the team really liked me, and they were just restructuring some internal things, and she would call me again in two weeks. After two weeks of waiting, nothing happened. I wrote an email and no one answer me anymore. I was ghosted.
