The first call was pretty standard recruiter call, why you are looking, tech stack, etc. The second round is technical video interview with software engineers. This round consists of conceptual datastructure and database questions. On-site after this round with managers, product owners other engineers. One coding round and one design based round and other rounds are very focused on values alignment and cultural fit. Advice to engineers applying, be thorough on your current project and make sure you understand minute details of the project you are working on. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and will help you reach to the solution and do not be afraid to ask questions and be presentable and calm at all times.
