Worst recruitment process I've ever had - treated with total disrespect by the recruiter and recruitment manager. While The New York Times may seems like a desirable employer (and some of the people I met were clearly very smart and talented) the HR/recruitment people treated me like a dirt, called me "incompetent" after screening me and having me complete 3 interviews and then never provided feedback they promised. It was the most unprofessional process I've ever seen.
