Interview
Submitted application online and received phone screen several weeks after. In-person interview involved three interviews was three pre-selected departments. You rank (1-3) your top department choice and they rank you - then you are offered/not offered a position. It was a nerve-wracking process which required preparation for all three departments. Onboarding was inefficient and painful to deal with.
