Disorganized. When I first applied I figured I was rejected because they took 2 months to let me know that they were interested in interviewing. They told me I was interviewing for a data scientist position and when I get to the interview say it was for a data engineer. I studied what I had to off the req and the manager tells me I need to know a completely different skillset. He asked me how I didn't know I had to know this for the interview. After the interview, I emailed them twice to ask my status and they couldn't even reply. It is now 3 months later and I figured I was rejected but it would have been nice to have been informed or been treated like a human being.
