The HR interview asked more generic questions, like "what is the most difficult siuation you've encountered with a client." "what's a good experience you've had" "what are you're positive attributes" "what do you think of our institution" etc.... The interviews with the unit staff members themselves asked me more about my educational and work background. Whether I had ever been in a situation where someone had been violent... threatened self harm... how I had handled it. How I balance work/life. My own boundaries and limitations etc.
