Went on 2 different interviews one with the hiring manager and the other was a behavioral interview with 4 other hire up individuals . They asked about 8 different questions. Use the STAR methods. They are situational questions to see how yo would handle the situation

Interview
Went on 3 different interviews. 1st one was with the pratice manager 2. Interview for a Behavioral Assesment with 5 practice managers from the department 3. Interview with Human Resource . The process took a while like about 3-4 weeks before i actually got a call from HR . after my background check/references were cleared i was offered the position and given a date for orientation, but before orientation i had to get flu shot and have a physical before getting cleared for orientation.
