I sent my resume from my university recruiting site. I had a phone interview and an in person interview. The phone interview took 30 minutes - went over resume and prior experience. My in person was 3 30 minute interviews and very behavioral focused with one question (below) that tested your thinking/analytical/manufacturing/engineering skills.
