The initial process was very smooth, organized and professional. I had a phone interview and was then brought into their NJ office. I was given a tour of the office before my interviews with senior managers and a director. The interviews with the senior managers could not have gone better. I was told I was qualified, what they were looking for etc. The third interview was with the director. He had just started with the company only a couple weeks prior. He typed up all my responses on his laptop. It was extremely distracting and it took away from our discussion. I was not impressed. The recruiter that I worked with requested that I follow up with him which I did. He said he'd get feedback asap but never did. I followed up again another time and he apologized and said he get right back to me. He never did. Overall I am not impressed with Newell. Many of their employees are brand new and I don't think they know what they are looking for.
