I interviewed at my University campus for a summer internship with Newell Brands. I had back-to-back 30 minute interviews with two lovely women and found the interviews to be predominantly behavioral-based. I answered a series of questions about past experiences and scenarios, and decisions I've made. I found the questions posed by the two individual interviewers to be largely similar so I question the need for two conversations. Regardless, I enjoyed my experience and was not asked specific questions about the company or really anything that would involve close analysis/memorization of company facts as I know some interviewers tend to do. I was also extremely under the weather that particular day, and both interviewers were super understanding and kind.
