Standard - - two rounds of interviews (phone and onsite). There were only two people who interviewed me and asked me general questions about my resume and leadership style since I would have direct reports to manage.

What I looked for in hiring potential finance analysts on my team?
I got to the final round and then was ghosted by the recruiter. All the interviews were strictly behavioral and fit questions, with no case interviews or technical questions. It was fairly easy, but the way the recruiter conducted themself was unprofessional and I wouldn't be interested in working here in the future.
