Excellent interview process. Non-Intimidating. They did a great job understanding my skills and expertise while allowing me time to share my experiences. There were three rounds of interviews with a panel of 6 people.

Explain a difficult situation where you didn’t achieve your desired outcome on a project?
Typical phone screen then onsite interview. The onsite interview did not follow any type of process, just random personal questions from each interviewer. I would say its an easy interview but sometimes the behavioral based question approach is easier which they did not appear to follow.
