four stages. phone interview with HR, first round interview with account manager, interview with group sales director, final interview with all managerial team. slightly drawn out process as certain team members were off unwell etc but those things cant be helped.
Smooth, easy questions about the role and previous experience, showcasing personality and cultural fit was important for this role, and how to deal with a variety of clients across a vast portfolio (sales and advertising)
