Very informal and seems like they only hire Chinese people. There is somewhat of a cultural and language barrier. The overall interview process was easy and informal so I don't know what they were looking for exactly. No deep dive questions. I also waited on them for an update and took 3-4 weeks for final decision with no follow ups in between then got a short email.
