The interview was scheduled via email and conducted over Zoom. The interview lasted roughly one hour. The time was split between a description of the position, questions for myself and questions for the interviewer. I was clear at the end of the interview what next steps would be.

One question asked was about my past experience reporting, looking in particular for details about the topics I researched and wrote about.
Poor interaction with recruiter, failed to send over task I needed to complete at a certain time and did not hear back from them.
Task did not make sense and was very repetitive
