These people do not answer call or even have the courtesy to say yes or no after salary negotiation is initiated with them. Interview was fairly easy, but the HR manager and the recruiter did not really respond to calls or emails after being asked to renegotiate ok the budget. A perfect way to waste time with around 2 rounds of interview and 3-4 follow up hr calls.

The process had three phases 1. Tele phonic technical interview from company's own human resource team. 2. Teams interview from client 3. Then final round from company's human resource team for salary discussion.
