1st level - Technical discussion with the Project lead
Well explained about the requirement by the recruiter before interview. After that technical discussion with tech lead, interview was around 45 mins it was both the sides interaction , questions were asked in the technical side based on project need, at last panel explained about the current need and project. Well structured interview.

Interview process was the standard process.
First had the written and then there was a one on one interview.
Soon was followed by telephonic unterview next day and then the HR interview.
