Interview process was 2 rounds. First round was a 30 minute exploratory interview, learning about my background and if i'd be a good fit for the job, with two challenge questions at the end that you had 30 minutes for. Second round, was around 2:30 hours. Talked with Head of Product around what NewtonX offered, and what the role would be like. Then talked with a Customer Relationship Manager, and how i'd fix or approach certain issues they were having. Then an interview with the Head of People about why they should bring me on. Finally, an hour session with the Head of Product building off one of the questions from the first round, and developing a timeline live given certain engineering resources and how I'd approach it, and what my timeline would be for getting a certain product to market. Overall, the interview process was good, the only thing I would strongly note as during my first round interview they stated that "most people take a salary cut when they come here". So if interviewing keep in mind that you may not be paid to market if you are willing for that.
