First interview was with a fellow Operations Associate was very smooth, the interviewer seemed nervous but asked very basic questions, was friendly, on time, overall good experience. Second interview was scheduled and I was told ahead of time it would be a case study and was given a powerpoint slide on Boolean Strings to study. During the second interview the interviewer seemed very unfriendly, rushed and uninterested. Was given the case study with basically no information and was given 30 mins for one task, 10 for the second, and 6 for the final task. After each task he went over my answers with me and said he aligned with everything I put forward and gave 1 or 2 pieces of feedback. At the end he rushed off the interview and said he didn't have any time for questions and left the video chat abruptly. I got the feeling they had a candidate already chosen and my interview was a formality.
