They laid out the interview process in the initial call. A small writing assignment is required following the first zoom call. If they want to move forward following the assignment then you'll be asked to one more zoom call. The entire process was fairly easy and straightforward.
Straightforward, seems they have a positive working environment but many of the people I spoke to were relatively new to the company. The process was straightforward, some of the team didn’t get back to me and I had to follow up to know where I was in the interview process.
