Applied online and got an email the following day. Very fast. Did an phone interview with one of their senior members. Normal interview just to see if you knew what AdRoll was and what "retargeting" is. Also asked about what I like to do on the weekends. They really are looking for a cultural fit as opposed to qualified candidates. Got asked to come in for an in-person interview with 3 senior members. I answered most questions the best I could and felt I did rather well. Maybe one of two questions I wish I could take back. Didn't get past through to the next round but it was a decent experience. Make sure you know about metrics, analytics, CPC, CPM, CPA and all that good stuff. Everyone working there is in their mid to late twenties.
