They move fast. Phone Screen involved an unexpected test on a shared screen. I enjoyed it even though I was unprepared for it. I was invited for on site interviews with 3 people. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and down to earth. I was informed soon after of their decision not to extend an offer.
