The interview process was a good process and the recruiters were very professional...That is where it ends....I hate when you are closing in an interview and the interviewer says "Yes you have my support for next steps" or "Yes you can count on me to give you a thumbs up" and then they go back and gives you the thumbs down.... I am okay with not getting the position, I will admit I was very excited to hopefully joining Nextroll however it makes me wonder what kind of integrity a company has to do this, specifically the sales org. The fact that they allow this and do not give a chance for a rebuttal so that you may actually address their concerns flat out sucks.... It's a wrong thing to do that sucks the life out of you and makes it the reason many people hate interviewing. What should be a nice process has turned into gut wrenching experience and I wish I could say its only NextRoll that does this but in fact that majority of companies do...
