      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      Jul 9, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NextRoll

      Interview

Recruiter Screening, Hiring Manager interview, Assignment, 3 final interviews with various team members The recruiter would constantly be 5 minutes late to our scheduled call. i found that very unprofessional since good candidates would never do that. She never gave an explanation nor an apology for being late. Some of these interviewers have the personality of cardboard. They didn't know how to interview properly and one of them had their partners talk to them during the interview. Most painful interview I ever had to do and i've done a lot them.

      Interview

Initial call with a hiring manager. Asked basic sales questions. Decided to ghost after the interview. Not very professional and didn't appreciate the lack of transparency. I will not be applying here in the future.
