The hiring process was very short, I was called two days after applying, and interviewed and hired three days after that. The interview was easy and relaxed, involved mostly a description of the job with few customer service questions involved. After interviewing with who would be my manager, her manager also talked to me briefly and asked one question.

Not a real interveiw, the call center manager would have hired pretty much anyone just to get through the summer. I could have cussed him out and he would have hired me. That's because he can't keep anyone because he creates a hostile environment for his employees. Dont take the job.
