I had a phone interview with the hiring manager set for the day after Memorial Day but he never called. I see a couple of other reviews from candidates who were blown off as well. I found out that the hiring manager never put the interview on his calendar! It was later rescheduled two days later and I got invited for an on-site interview the same day. The following week, I met with a couple directors, a tech support rep who showed me what he does, and a VP (the hiring manager who missed the phone call was in their other office in Ohio). Two days later, I got a rejection by email. Naturally, the job is still open as of today.
