I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nextech Systems (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
Pros: It was alright. I was interviewed by two people. The Product Support Manager, and the Technical Support Manager. Both seemed very nice, and wanted to get to know about me more. They did ask some technical questions but not a whole lot.
Cons: I have still yet to hear from them. I thought that I had a good interview with them, and they were showing me around like I already had the job. Very Unprofessional for not letting your candidate know if they were selected or Not. The lady always had me sent to her voicemail when I called once a week after November. AllI wanted was an answer of whether I got the job or not.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Nextech Systems (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Phone interview followed by onsite interviews with 3 managers. Was given a tour of the operation. Sat with one of the Reps to understand the role. All very positive and told had the right skills for the position. Didn't hear back for 4 days. Called HR and was sent a rejection email. Not very professional as I traveled from out of town. Stayed overnight for the 9 am interview. I dressed professionally for meeting with them. Very disappointed.
