Phone interview only. After applying for the job on line I received an email asking me to set up a time for a phone interview. There was only a one day time frame from when I applied to when I received the email. I emailed back a day and time when I could be reached for the phone interview, which was scheduled for the very next day. The person I talked to was with HR and they were looking to fill more than one job for the branch I had applied for. The person I talked to was polite and asked meaningful questions, And I felt they actually listened to my answers. I was told they were going to be talking with lots of potential applicants and that it would likely be a week before I heard from them again if I was selected for an in person interview. About a week later I received a rejection email.
