It took almost a month to receive an email about my application. I had 2 interviews over a 6 month time period. At the end I was told I was a top candidate, but declined via email.

Question 1
Had to present in front of the training department.
Screen by recruiter, a few basic questions asked - followed by meeting the hiring manager and later on someone more senior in the role. Two rounds of interview. Not much technical questions.
