I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Nielsen
Interview
Went through 2 rounds of interviews. The interview process was not that difficult. Interviewers were not from the same background and were expecting bookish answers. Asked DevOps tools specific questions. Every interview started with a programming question.
Interview process is pretty standard but differs for different roles. They used to partner with some third party firm for initial rounds of interview earlier. The difficulty of the interviews seems to be higher for the candidates applying for MTS/ Data engineering roles. Also it depends on the project to project, meaning difficulty level would also depend on the hiring manager taking the interview and the tech stack for his team.
