This was an internal interview. The job was easy to apply for, however, dealing with HR and current management was difficult. Management LOVES to say that they want you to advance and develop, but as soon as you want to move on with your career, they begin to resent you regardless of your ongoing contribution. The interview process was 2 informal meetings with team members, an interview with the VP, and then a final interview with the VP. The entire process was informal and very comfortable. The job would be fun and exciting.
